RETURNS

At JĪVET, every product is crafted with intention, care, and high-quality botanicals. We want you to feel supported in your wellness rituals, and we stand behind the integrity of what we create.
If something isn’t right, we offer returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase from jivetwellness.com.

A prepaid return label will be provided, and its cost will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Refunds include the product cost and applicable taxes.
Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Sets & Bundles

Sets, kits, and curated bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
Gift Sets, Limited Editions, and promotional bundles may not be eligible for return.

U.S. Returns

To begin a return, you will need your order number and the email or zip code associated with your order.
Initiate your return through our returns portal.

We currently do not accept:
– International returns
– Returns for items purchased through retail partners
– Returns for items purchased through unauthorized sellers

Gift Returns

Recipients of gifted items may return their product for store credit.
Please contact orders@jivetwellness.com before sending a gift return.

Final Sale Items

E-gift cards, promotional items, and final-sale products are not eligible for return or refund.

Allergies & Sensitivities

We list our full ingredient profiles intentionally and transparently. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review all ingredients before purchasing.

Issues With Delivery or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with your delivery, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at orders@jivetwellness.com.
We’ll take care of you.

SHIPPING

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $50, and a flat-rate shipping fee on orders under that threshold.

Please review the details below for smooth and accurate delivery.

Address Requirements

– If shipping to a PO Box, select USPS at checkout.
– Please ensure your address is entered correctly; we cannot replace items delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Any package marked “delivered” by the carrier may be eligible for replacement only after the carrier confirms it as lost or misdelivered.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during product launches or high-volume periods.

U.S. Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 12 PM EST typically ship same day.
Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.
Duties, taxes, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Availability of international shipping is subject to change based on carrier and global conditions.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
